The Matron/Manager of The Andover nursing home is a registered nurse with considerable experience of caring for the elderly. Here we believe in an holistic approach and are proud of the high quality of personal care that is given, as well as the mental stimulation that we provide.

All of our care assistants undergo constant appraisal and are given the opportunity to complete their NVQ up to level III.

The Home retains the physiotherapist who assesses physical needs and encourages independence.

A local GP holds a clinic at the home on a weekly basis; however those residents who are local to Andover may retain their own doctor.
